NORTHERN EDUCATION TRUST - 360⁰ APPRENTICESHIP PROGRAMMES
 

GP Strategies is working in partnership with the Trust to provide a 360⁰ service, including: recruitment, training, and progression.

Apprenticeship in Business Administration, Customer Service, Teaching Assistant, and IT are included in the programme, and existing staff have also been provided the opportunity to develop there management skills with nationally recognised qualifications.

 

The Northern Education Trust is a non-profit charity, supporting 20 academies across the north of England. Its academies are at the heart of their local communities with an emphasis on sustainable community development approaches.

The trust is keen to maximise the contract and has already had a number of successes by using the recruitment service offered by our recruitment team, allowing the Trust to concentrate on a pre-selected group that have been screened and matched to a pre-agreed standard according to the job profile required.

To ensure the success of the programme is the effective development, management, and administration processes tailored to the needs of the Trust. Regular meetings between the Trust team and GP Strategies Training Limited’s Account managers track the current recruitment requirements, performance and learner progress, A bespoke MI framework has been developed, to enable the Trust to access and track individual learner and employer wide related metrics.

Northern Education Trust, through GP Strategies Traianing Limited, has successfully recruited 8 Apprentices since November 2017, and the programme is expecting more success over the coming year.
